NSF/ANSI Standard 42 is established to certify the claims of water filtration systems designed to reduce taste and odor, nominal particulate and chloramine, chemicals that could increase lead level in bloodstream as well as causing respiratory problems, such as asthma.NSF/ANSI Standard 53 is established to certify the claims of water filtration systems designed to reduce specific health-related contaminants, such as lead, pesticides and cysts, which cause diarrhea, nausea and low grade fever as well as being potentially fatal.

Price includes FREE Standard Installation Worth $150. It includes installation of 3M dispenser within 3 meters from the water source (eg. undersink, from washing machine)

For extension of pipes above 3 meters, it will costs $15 per meter. Drilling on hard top (eg. granite, marble or quartz) or drilling of multiple cabinet wall of more than 2 holes, it will cost $60 for each type needed. However for most instances, standard installation should suffice. Alternatively, your can also get your contractor to drill a 7mm to 8mm sized hole at the back of the countertop towards the left side for the piping to pass through. For any additional costs involved for drilling and extension of pipings, please make cash payment directly to the authorised installer of 3M dispenser. 

It is recommended to change the filter and clean the water tank every 6 months. The filter capacity is 4,000 litres, sufficient for daily use for up to 10 pax. If the usage is higher, you may need to change the filter earlier as the chocked filter will reduce the flow of water into the tank. Replacement filter is retailing at $120.

For installation of 3M dispenser, water source and a power socket is required. The electricity cost is estimated between $6 to $10 per month, which is up to 40% less electricity than some conventional hot water dispensers in the market.

Under normal circumstances, the general lead time for arrangement of installation is approximately 5 to 7 working days. Please expect longer lead time during peak season and public holidays.
