Do you have a physical retail shop?

BestValueMart (BVM) do not have any physical retail shop so that we can pass on the cost savings to our valuable customers. BVM operates in a clean warehouse facility with proper system for handling goods and temperature control to ensure that our products are delivered in good condition.

However, our warehouse welcome walk-in customers if you wish to pop by and purchase the items off the shelf.

As there are chances that the full team may be out for delivery, please call BVM hotline (+65 8939 3606) in advance prior to your arrival.

What are your operating hours?

You may place order on our e-shop anytime at your convenience.

For self-collection or contact of customer service personnel, please refer to our operating hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed (if the team is available, self-collection may be arranged with advance notice)

Self-collection strictly by appointment only. Kindly WhatsApp to +65 8938 3606, indicate your preferred date and time of collection. You will only be able to collect the items AFTER receiving the WhatsApp confirmation from BestValueMart. 

If I do not want to have the items delivered to me, can I do self-collection and have the delivery feel waived?

Yes, you may do self-collection at 203 Henderson Road, #08-05, Singapore 159546. Delivery fee will be waived if you choose the self-collection option.

Please indicate your preference during checkout. Upon confirmation with payment made, you have 14 days grace period (including date of purchase) for collection or delivery of your items. For example, if you made the purchase on 1st August 2020, the last day of collection or delivery will be 14th August 2020).

Kindly note that the purchased items will be donated after the grace period and we will not process any refunds for the items.

For self-collection customers, please notify us on your preferred collection date via WhatsApp to +65 8938 3606 AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. We value our customers and we want to ensure that the items are already well-packed prior to your arrival. You will receive a WhatsApp reply once the collection date is confirmed.

Is there a minimum order for each transaction?

Nope, there is no minimum order to complete a transaction for both delivery and self-collection options.

BVM welcome you to shop with us anytime and we will deliver to your doorstep.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee will be waived for purchase value above $50.

There is a flat fee of $4.90 per trip for standard delivery (between 2 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays).

On top of the standard delivery fee, additional $10 applies for next day delivery option (order must be made before 3pm, otherwise it may incur 1 more day of lead time).

If the total purchase value is above $50, the standard delivery fee will be waived. However, if your total purchase value is more than $50 and you have selected the next day delivery option, the $10 fee for next day delivery still applies.

Do you accept cash payment?

BestValueMart support cashless initiative, we only accept PayPal, debit and credit card payment.

Cash payment is only accepted if there is additional fee involved for 3M water dispenser installation and the cash is to be paid directly to the 3M authorized installer.

I realized that there is a major change in the “Premium” category, what happen?

BVM values all our customers and we have received overwhelming requests to offer high value premium products for the selections.

Therefore, the BVM team has constantly been working to on-board more products to satisfy our valuable customers.

There will be more premium selections available under the “Premium” category. The products will be categorized according to country of origin.

From premium to basic, BVM brings the world to you at its best value.

Is there further discounts for bulk purchase?

BestValueMart offers competitive pricing for our valuable customers and we welcome all inquiry. If you intend to purchase our products in large quantities, feel free to email your request to enquire@bestvaluemart.com.sg  or WhatsApp to +65 8938 3606.

In addition, BVM will run promotional campaigns on special occasions and selected items will be entitled to further discounted rate. So, please stay tuned!

When will I receive my items?

Upon confirmation with payment made, the items will be delivered to your address between 2 to 5 working days if you have selected the standard delivery option. For orders received after 3pm, there is a chance that your delivery date will be delayed for one (1) more working day.

Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation message from BestValueMart one (1) day before delivery.

How can I check out the new arrival items and promotions?

You may stay-tuned at www.bestvaluemart.com.sg or subscribe to our mailers (this option is available when you sign up for your Login account). Alternatively, you can also email to us at enquire@bestvaluemart.com.sg with the title “Subscribe to Best Value Mart”. 

We offer a wide range of products at an affordable rate to serve the need of our valuable customers.

Can I do any refund/ exchange of my products?

Sold products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is manufacturing defect, or the items are damaged during transportation and the condition is reasonably unacceptable.

For refund/ exchange request, please notify BVM representative with valid photos of the item within 24 hours via WhatsApp to +65 8938 3606. Do note that items eligible for refund/ exchange must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Upon confirmation from BVM representative, you will be required to do the refund/ exchange at BVM premises (203 Henderson Road, #08-05, Singapore 159546) within seven (7) days.

To ensure that our valuable customers have a pleasant experience shopping at BestValueMart, we conduct quality checks for each of the products prior to delivery.

I have placed the wrong order and only realized it after the items are delivered, can I do an exchange?

For quality control and hygiene purposes, unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange for such circumstances because all returned items are not meant to be resold.

Therefore, we seek the kind understanding of our valuable customers.

However, if BVM team is being notified as soon as the order is placed, we might be able to process the change before the items are out for delivery.
